Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sourcing Consultant to lead and support sourcing initiatives by gathering requirements, developing comprehensive solicitations (e.g. IFBs, RFPs, RFQs), and drafting Statements of Work. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, finance, and vendors to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Candidate will develop solicitations that clearly define the background and objectives of the procurement, provide a clear scope of work, and utilizes appropriate terms and conditions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Develop and manage end-to-end solicitation processes including IFBs, RFPs, RFQs
  • Draft, review, and finalize solicitations and Statements of Work
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
